How far in advance should we book?
For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out 9–12 months ahead of your date, though we've gracefully brought celebrations together in less time. Because we take a limited number of events each season, earlier inquiries enjoy the most flexibility.
Do you travel?
Yes, gladly. While we're based locally, we love working wherever your celebration calls us. Any travel and accommodation are simply outlined for you within your custom proposal, no surprises.
Do you coordinate destination weddings?
Absolutely. Destination celebrations are some of our favorites. We handle the added layers, travel logistics, local vendor sourcing and time-zone-friendly timelines, so your getaway stays effortless from arrival to send-off.
How many weddings do you take?
Intentionally few. We accept a limited number of celebrations each season so every couple receives our full presence and attention, never a rushed, one-of-many experience.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Central Florida and serve the surrounding region, with destination and out-of-town celebrations welcomed worldwide. If you're unsure whether your location works, just ask, the answer is almost always yes.
